Shipping & Returns

Big Daddy’s Meats will be packaging and shipping one day per week usually Monday or Tuesday via UPS. Orders placed by 12:00 noon on Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday as long as we have your items in stock. Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Tuesday. Please be sure to use the best contact information possible in case we need to contact you regarding your order. If your order is shipped on Tuesday, it should arrive within 2 days. If it has not, please use the UPS tracking number given and visit or call Steve or Diane Hammer at 1-888-542-2291 . If we are not shipping the week you place your order, we will contact you to let you know.

After primal cuts are broken down in our USDA facility they are packaged in a food grade vacuum sealed bag then frozen to ensure they reach your home in top condition. The vacuum sealed packaging technique maximizes the beefs quality and ensures the longest shelf-life in your freezer. For Shipping your product has been stored in a cold freezer upon UPS shipment. We have packaged your product with ice inside a Styrofoam cooler that is protected by a cardboard carton. Please be ready to unpack your frozen products and either use or freeze them as soon as possible. Make sure you have made room in your freezer prior to receiving your products.

Return Policy
Big Daddy’s Meats and Elkton Locker have undergone a lengthy process to package and ship your product to your destination so that it arrives in a timely fashion, still frozen and in top quality. A return policy that would accept meat products returned to us would be against our food safety policy and would not meet the guidelines of USDA to re-sale the product. We do stand behind our product. If you are truly unsatisfied with the quality of our product please e-mail a detailed description to the owner Steve Hammer at describing your concerns and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
